CBS News report deserves to be seen, especially for the video and audio from the new FEMA director, who says he will “run over” anyone who gets in the way of the “President’s intent” – which Project 2025 specifies, and Mr Trump has hinted, is to abolish FEMA.
Shades of “Heckuva job, Brownie” – said new Director has zero disaster experience.

We have a four-point failure in the US system of federal government:
(1) A Supreme Court majority blatantly ignores the text of the Constitution and its amendments in catering to US Presidential power (Republicans only).
(2) Democracy’s failure: Trump won the popular vote.
(3) The Executive Branch—which is tasked with enforcing Congress’s laws and budgeting—is being run by lawless, bigoted idiots.
