I had a long conversation last week with Legendary Philadelphia Weather caster Glenn “Hurricane” Schwartz.
We has spoken on the phone a few weeks earlier about the shocking warm conditions in the Atlantic’s “Main Development Zone” for hurricanes, and the implication of the predicted end of El Nino and beginning of La Nina conditions – meaning friendly to tropical storm development.
The recipe is for a storm season unlike one we have seen in human records.
