With the projection of La Nina coming later this year, the top black observation just may come back down later this year. It’s been a long run of record setting temperature. It seems La Ninas are more common and we might not see another El Nino for awhile.

Well with the residual ocean heat and the lack of wind shear from the expected la nina, we could see some insane hurricanes.
