I am very much for activists confronting the pols.
However, hyperbole like “the planet is on fire” is too readily leveraged by the climate denier crowd to dismiss them as overly emotional children.
for them, it is on fire – I get it.
What I hope they will understand is who their allies are and focus on electing enough real climate advocates, who, sorry folks, are just about all democrats – to make the Joe Manchins and Kyrsten Sinema’s irrelevant.
“Our oceans are dying!”

“Our insurance companies have given up!”
