Stop acting shocked. This is unfolding exactly as predicted two decades ago, more extremes and less normal. And don’t be shocked again as this process continues. While paleo climatology and climate modelling might not agree on timing and precise detail, they do agree on the direction. It will certainly get worse, and probably get worse faster.
