Flash Drought in Oklahoma

“Flash drought” – becoming more common under climate-changed regime. A relatively short period of dryness can pull a lot of moisture from soil.

    That was recorded in 2014. Eight of the ten biggest wildfires in California have happened since then. (Seven of the ten biggest wildfires in Oregon have happened since then, too.)
