Not sure what the connection is between geoengineering and the failure of 100 year old dams, unless it’s man’s hubris in thinking he can “engineer” his way out of the environmental difficulties he has created for himself by that hubris and shortsightedness. If that’s the case, you are wise to NOT hold your breath.
Hopefully this will be a wake-up call to those who think that geoengineering is a way to tackle climate change.
