2012: A Year of Climate Shocks

Looking back, you can trace the current awakening of deep public concern about climate change to the extreme events of 2012.

  1. “It’s an engineering problem. And it has engineering solutions.” Yes, Rex Tillerson. And this solution is called renewable energy.

  2. At 4:05 some guy says “how large it is is very difficult to predict”. I think more effort could get it easy to predict and the way I’d suggest is to not pay anybody to try and have the humans do it as a hobby at weekend evenings and they could invent things to do it in the basement, then the paid people could look at Mars instead, it’s nice and it’s orangy.
