I appreciate the science from Dr. Mann, but I always find him to be too optimistic about what’s still possible. 1.5 is gone, and 2 is probably gone too. Not that I’m advocating for doomerism but we have to be realistic.
If we have passed 1.5C every 0.1C more is increasingly worth fighting against by bringing CO2 emissions to zero now not tomorrow. As Seniors for Climate states: Later is too Late.
