The freakiest weather event I ever experienced was a temp/humidity change causing heavy condensation on vehicles, followed by a dust cloud. All of the vehicles, and only the vehicles, were covered with a layer of mud. (Nightly news reported that there were lines of cars backed up at all of the car washes in the area.)
