They’ll probably take them offline to assess their functionality, but the other wind turbines could still be producing (if the tornado didn’t hit the transformer station). Like the NTSB after an airplane crash, analyst engineers are probably going to be all over the parts of those fallen wind turbines, but I don’t think there’s much you can do in the face of these powerful tornadoes.
