R.I.P Alexei Anatolyevich Navalny, may your bravery and steadfastness in adversity be an inspiration to all of us and the future of mankind. And here is another older also wise and brave man, who sadly passed today.

Oh, horse dookie. That’s like saying, yeah, OJ Simpson bad, but look at what Nicole Simpson did. People just want to find a way to rationalize Putin’s actions, as if that’s actually possible. Putin has the ability to jail and murder his citizens with impunity – Navalny was the guy brave and foolhardy enough to question him for it. There’s no other story of any worth here.
Rationalise Putins actions? I don’t think so. It’s more a case of being a Putin apologist and using the standard right wing tactic of “Flooding the zone with shit”. In fact it was Putin that perfected the strategy.
