That is a lot of money.
Not compared to the costs of adaptation; it’s peanuts.
It is a lot of money.
It’s an especially large amount of money of somebody else’s that we have to get spent on something that powerful people won’t be getting privilege and pleasure from. I don’t see how that happens.
I’d like McKinsey to calculate how much cheaper it would be to kidnap and hide* a few hundred key people to effectively achieve the same result?
