Fox whined about Obama returning a military salute* while DJT saluted a North Korean general.

Don’t forget that Reagan was the one who started the “tradition” of returning military salutes, so that’s at least one thing that can’t be blamed on the Democrats.
Actually, it was not the rain as much as the “acting” president’s embarrassment over his inability to figure out how to open and close an umbrella.
Did everyone see how he just dropped the open umbrella when he got to the top of the steps when entering Air Force One? And how an aide had to retrieve it? That was pathetic! (and a bit surprising—-didn’t think he was THAT dumb).
