    1. Just back from a week vacation in Barbados (a rinky-dink island with ~ 280k people). While I noticed a few, very attractive, EVs from BYD, all the public buses were built by BYD.


    1. They will loose a hell of a lot more money over the next 10 years if their business plan continues to focus on ICE vehicles. The shift to EVs is only accelerating.


      1. Traditional US carmakers are dead. Whether Chinese EVs are let in to the US or not, Ford et al will have no foreign market in 10 years, and whether Tesla ever recovers from its strategic and political boneheadedness, EV makers all over the world will pull farther and farther ahead of US car makers. Either the US will let them in and the Big 3(?) will die, or the US will become Albania.
