Climate Flooding Worsens Vermont Housing Crisis

Vermont,once widely viewed as a “climate refuge” area, has in recent years been hit by a series of extreme rain events, which proved the quiet villages nestled along rivers between water-shedding hillsides, are actually worse case examples of climate vulnerabilty.
They need to find better housing solutions on higher ground.

And the Nimbys, who, like all Nimbys, insist they are not Nimbys, aren’t helping.
