Helene Winding Up over Hot Water

10:30pm Update: Hope the GRAF is wrong! Another shift SE by 30+ miles. Landfall over Cedar Key.
Now, this is just one model. Most other models remain far west of this. So it’s an outlier – for now.
But this is the 2nd time today it has shifted 30+ miles SE.
