Jennifer Francis PhD on El Nino, Global Temps, and Earth’s Mirror

Jennifer Francis, a researcher at the Woodwell Climate Research Center in Massachusetts, is well known to those who have followed my videos for a while. Dr Francis is best known for her work in working out the complex relationships between vanishing Arctic Sea Ice, the Jet Stream, and extreme weather patterns in the temperate zone.
Dr Francis divides her time between Massachusetts and living aboard a sailing vessel. I reached her at anchor, somewhere in French Polynesia.
