This effort, to preserve the coral ecosystem through the Dark Ages ahead, reminded me of the Isaac Azimov SciFi novel ‘Foundation’. It’s a hopeful development that may or may not work. But still it’s awesomely depressing to consider the mass willful blindness that has brought such a thing to become necessary.
