More Rain Coming for California?

Sacramento TV Station report.
Some good info on water storage, reservoirs and snow pack.
Still a ways from historical high snowpack of early 1950s.

  1. In the early 1950s California’s population was ~12m and today it is ~39m.

That’s a lot of cleared land and pavement (and land in the Central Valley has subsided quite a bit with the aquifer draw-downs).
