Fiona’s Continued Impact: “Rain like Hell” on Greenland Ice Sheet

Jason Box released a video today looking at Fiona’s extended impact in coming days, as it the vortex draws moisture and heat to high elevations on the southern Greenland Ice Sheet.

“An Extreme event”.

Heat and moisture is getting sent into Greenland right now. Ex-hurricane Fiona is acting like a powerful heat pump.

  That’s the expectation. Per JB’s video, they’re expected to get unprecedented thunderstorms along the southern edge of the ice sheet.
