Oh, boy. This was posted the day before I started to heat my home on gas stove burners (keeping my home at a toasty 45dF for the duration) because my electricity went out for four days during subfreezing weather.
This still hasn’t changed my plan to convert my water heaters to electric tankless, my stove top to electric induction, and my heating* to heat pump.

*Having a gas furnace didn’t help when the fan and the controller depend upon electricity.
