Nearly wore out the mute button on the TV remote trying to avoid brain melt from the huge number of absolutely disgusting political ads put up by the Repugnants in my area, the worst of them from Corey Stewart, Tim Kaine’s rival for the Senate. Stewart was born in MN, but since arriving in VA has been channeling some long-dead southern slave-owner and waving the Confederate battle flag. Please join me tonight in celebrating his defeat, and with some luck, the defeat of Brat and Comstock (who has been called Trumpstock because of voting 98% with the Orange Turd).
VA did its share—-Kaine won easily, Brat and Comstock lost, and another woman took a House seat away from a Repugnant. Things are looking up in The Old Dominion.
PS Florida voted for Scott over Nelson, and Texas went for Crudz—-ask me how much I will care about future storms, flooding, and other weather disasters striking FL and TX. I’ll save my $$$ for Puerto Rico.
I voted Beto O’Rourke, who will probably be beaten by ~4% by Ted Cruz (but he definitely beat the spread considering rural Texans tend to vote straight ticket).
