  1. When is the West going to realize that all middle-eastern theocracies are duplicitous? Saudi Arabia is the largest customer of the American Defense Industry which is the number one way that arms get into the hands of ISIS/ISIL

  2. More reasons to think Ben Carson is a looney-tune. The painting of Ben with Jesus’s hand on his shoulder that is HANGING ON THE WALL IN BEN’S HOUSE and the revelation that Ben “feels Jesus’s fingers touching him” are confirmation.

PS Did everyone watch the hour of free PR that Trump got on the Barbara Walters special last night? “Humanized” The Donald a bit, but showed us no real reasons why he should be president.

I am still walking around in disbelief that the Repugnants in this country think Carson and Trump are the two best candidates to put up for president.

    1. Carson’s wardrobe in that painting reminded me of 1980’s Miami, or at least the stuff they wore on the TV show Miami Vice, which might be replaced with water wings for the 2080’s Vice remake.

  3. This is just an expansion on Maher’s oft-repeated view that people who don’t believe that the government can do anything right shouldn’t be elected.

  4. Well, the remark that foreigners are coming into Europe to destroy the society is somewhat misleading, it’s far more complex than that. The attacks in Paris, to which I guess Bill Maher is referring, and also the one on Charlie Hebdo, were done by French nationals. There’s no simple explanation on how en why these men radicalised.

But on the war on Syria I’m glad they mentioned that climate change was an important factor; this should be done more often.
