Hoo boy, government bureaucratic idiocy at its finest. Not only is the original claim bogus, the attempts to disappear it are hilariously inept. Apparently, they’ve never heard of Google Cache at the UN. Rather than simply say “we were wrong”, they’ve now brought even more distrust onto the UN.

Pages of “proof” that prove nothing other than that projections are just that—-projections—-and often miss the mark.
WUWT conveniently ignores all the AGW projections that UNDERSHOT the mark—-yes, it would be inconvenient to focus on how many things are actually turning out worse than predicted in areas like sea level rise, ice sheet melt, extreme weather, drought, wildfires, global temperature rise, CO2 levels in the atmosphere, extinctions, and the number of real scientists who support AGW.
Was Ehrlich wrong in The Population Bomb? Not in his basic premise, just in his timing. Same thing here—-there is no doubt about “if”, and just because the “when” is still unclear doesn’t mean it’s safe to buy oceanfront property.

Speaking of “upside-down logic”, Drooldy displays some here by implying that “Cool summer proves the planet is cooling.”
He clings to the ridiculous claims of fellow deniers and insists that global cooling is occurring on the basis of cherry-picked and manipulated data. The flood of denial is slowing to a trickle, fortunately, and we can only hope Drooldy will dry up with it and stop slobbering his idiocy on the pages of Crock.

Huge areas of our planet are inaccessible and are little known scientifically. There is still also much to learn from reading the rock record of how our planet functioned in the past.

Drooly is now helping some geologists shill their “best selling” book on the geological history of Canada? Perhaps sales have been slow?
The geologists appear to have their heads up their butts re: climate change, which is not surprising since their area of expertise is far removed from the topic. (Miall is a petroleum geologist).

The paper further establishes that climate sensitivity to tiny changes in solar activity is comparable to that of CO2 and by no means insignificant as the IPCC prefers to claim.”

The two plots are of global temperature time series, the first one uses the adjusted version of GHCN and the other one uses the raw GHCN data. Both time series reveal that the earth is warming. This indicates that the observed warming cannot be an artifact of the adjustment process as the unadjusted GHCN version shows similar amounts of warming and the adjustments applied to raw ocean data decrease the amount of indicated warming.

I took my formal course back in the 60s, so that I have been a “student of psychology” for 50 to 55 years.
