A tiny bit off topic: I watched a 2-hour National Geographic program last night titled “Earth from Space”. This program uses data collected over 10 years from over 100 satellites (although Terra, Aqua, and Aura feature prominently) to drive weather and climate animations. It is currently being shown on The Discovery Channel as well as National Geographic channel.
Interesting how it rapidly develops from an existing cloud formation.
