Fox News hack tries to spin new evidence of ancient volcanic activity on the moon to somehow apply to the radiative properties of greenhouse gases. Ignorance so breathtaking, you can see Nye just catch himself in a WTF moment.
I think they wanted him to say something controversial/inflammatory about global warming, so they stuck in that stupid question. But he didn’t.
The level of stupidity in that studio is both alarming and breathtaking.
Fox may be dumb but they are smart enough to dominate policy.

The little bit of Fox News that I see comes from blogs like this one, so I don’t really know much about it. But this snippet had some pretty radical stuff – that science is true and repeatable, that climate change is true, and that science is true on other planets too. This seems like a whole new very-radical change of direction for Fox. Usually, Beck or Limbaugh jump up-and-down and scream some complete lie, like that the earth is cooling and not warming. Is this editorial change really happening? Has the corporate-propaganda approach stopped working for Fox and are they trying a different direction?
