A Cooper’s Hawk, driven by the courage of desperation, holes up in a guy’s car as Hurricane Harvey barrels toward Houston, and won’t leave.
We have some capacity to adapt, but animals can’t just crank up the AC and stay inside. It hurts when they suffer on our account.
