I would have clarified Mann’s centering “issue” a bit more. Different centering conventions change the baseline of the reconstruction but not necessarily the reconstruction itself. It was less of a problem but more of a difference in perspective. The NAS report and the Wegman Report aren’t crucial from a science point of view. Otherwise, great video.
A detailed description can be found in Micheal Mann’s 2012 book “The Hockey Stick and the Climate Wars”. This book is a “must read” for anyone wanting to know how real scientists, like Mann, are being attacked by mostly non-scientists funded by so-called “think tanks”.
