Fairewinds’ chief engineer Arnie Gundersen discusses whether the accidents at Fukushima were a meltdown, a melt-through, or a China Syndrome. Whatever the accidents are named, thousands of tons of water contaminated with plutonium, uranium, and other very toxic radioactive isotopes are flooding the site, the surrounding water table, and the ocean.

China has taken the lead, http://www.theoildrum.com/node/4971 tells some of this story. but Google Tsinghua University China, Pebble Bed Gas reactor – they have one at least, up and running and had these reactors been installed at Fuckoshima in place of American designed American styled “plutonium plants’ bomb material factories, there would be no nuclear disaster in Japan today.

American reactors have accumulated up to four times their design capacities, spent fuels. We are strongly assured that in the U.S. of A. there will be no “accidents”. 9/11 not an accident?
