I’m sure a lot of people watching that are wondering why all of the turbines in that video are either not turning or barely turning. Can I assume its because they aren’t hooked up to the grid yet?

I think the project is under construction.
Yeah I didn’t notice at first that all the blades are turned parallel to the ground and wouldn’t be able to pick up any wind that way.
